Return Policy

We strive for happy customers, so please contact us if there is a problem with your order. We would love to have the chance to make it right. We of course offer refunds or exchanges if the fabric is damaged (if damage did not occur during shipping; if it did, that's a matter to take up with the shipping company) or if we sent you an incorrect item.

You may return regular-priced fabric if it does not look the way you had hoped in regards to color, scale, design placement, etc., but you will be responsible for the shipping charge both ways.

If you do return fabric, it must be returned in brand new condition: unwashed, uncut, unmarked, and unscented.  In short, it must be in the identical condition that it was in when it was sent to you. Lily Bella Fabrics reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not come back in brand-new condition.

As to fabric colors, please note that each computer monitor displays color differently, so there may be a variation in the color of your fabric once it arrives. We do our best to display the colors in out pictures as accurately as we can. In most cases, the pictures used in the listing are ones provided by the fabric manufacturer/designer.  If the fabric is not the color you expected, we do allow returns, but the customer is responsible for the shipping charge on both ends, as we simply cannot guarantee that the fabric will look the same way in real life as it may have looked on your individual computer screen, or how you envisioned the color when ordering.

All fabrics in our shop are cut from the end of the bolt to the length ordered, irregardless of the print. On large-scale designs in particular, if you are looking to have a particular portion of the print uncut, placed a certain way on the fabric, etc., you may need to order more fabric that you originally planned in order to accommodate for the fact that we cut from the end of the bolt (as do all fabric shops). We do take returns on fabric that wasn't cut the way you like in regard to print, but the customer is responsible for the shipping charge on both ends.

Inquiries about returns should be made within 30 days of the purchase.  Exceptions will of course be granted if your package did not arrive within 30 days. 

After 60 days since the time of purchase, all refunds will be given in the form of a gift certificate to our shop.  As refunds are only allowed within 30 days, this situation will only apply to international customers whose package took more than 60 days in transit.

Returns on fabrics that you purchased on sale are not accepted.  These sales are final.

Returns outside of the above policies may be granted on an individual basis, depending on circumstances.  For special exceptions, refund will be in the form of a gift certificate to this shop.  If you would like to return an item that normally would not qualify per the policies above, please contact us
