This listing is for US Customers only. International customers, shipping insurance is included in your shipping price.
When calculating how much shipping insurance you need, please base it on the value of the items in your package. Do not include the cost of postage--insurance companies reimburse only for the actual product, not the shipping cost.
*Should your package never arrive, or arrive damaged, we will be happy to work with you, and the insurance company, to recover the cost of your fabric. Keep in mind that we do have to abide by whatever rules and waiting periods are set forth by the shipping insurance company.
*If you purchase less insurance than your package needs, we will ship your package with insurance up to the value you selected, not for the full value of your order.
*Insurance companies do not pay out claims for packages stolen after delivery. That would be a package in which delivery confirmation proves delivery, but the customer claims it was never received. These types of claims will be reimbursed neither by the insurance company, nor by Lily Bella Fabrics.
It is worth noting that lost/damaged/stolen packages are exceedingly rare (especially in the US).
