Please note that international packages are almost entirely untracked. Aside from one or two initial scans in the US, packages are not tracked at all, either by the US Postal Service, or by any international postal service receiving your package. Therefore, while we can provide proof of
shipment on our end, there is no way for us to tell you where your
package might be.

Lost/damaged/stolen
packages are exceedingly rare, but please note

Shipping cost errors: If you believe there was an error with the shipping calculator, and that you were overcharged for shipping (as per the prices on this page), please
contact us. If there was in fact a shipping overage, we'll be happy to issue a refund. An example of this might be a situation in which you ordered 9 yards, plus one small pattern. The shipping calculator will bump your package up to the next size shipping box, even though in real life, there was enough room in the smaller package to fit the pattern for no extra shipping charge.
Conversely, if there is an error with the shipping calculator that results in you being charged
less for shipping than you should have been, Lily Bella Fabrics reserves the right to collect the balance of the shipping due before shipping your item. For example, if you order a very large amount of fabric, more than our system is set up to calculate for, our system might return a value of no shipping charge. We reserve the right to correct errors of this nature after the sale. We will always contact you first, however.
In all instances, please note that the prices listed here are guidelines only. In real
life, what fits into a package depends largely on how heavy the items
are, as well as the length of each cut or size of the item.
