How soon will you ship my fabric?
We absolutely know the need to get started on that project quickly! We ship most items the next business day after receiving a cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Does my order include shipping insurance?
US Customers:  Complimentary insurance of $50 is included with all USPS Priority Mail packages shipped within the US.  Most (but not all) orders over $50 will ship via Priority Mail. However, it is worth noting that lost/damaged/stolen package are exceedingly rare in the US.

Can I add something to an order I already placed?
Yes, if your order has not already been processed.  You can read more about that here.

What is a Fat Quarter?

Put most simply, a fat quarter is a quarter yard of fabric, cut fat (wide), instead of skinny.  Normally, fabric yardage is cut straight across the entire width of the fabric, meaning that a regular 1/4 yard is 9" tall and 44" long.  Rather skinny, all things considered.  With a fat quarter, it's cut half as wide, but twice as tall (approx. 18" tall and 21.5" wide).  The end result is the same square inches, but it's a much more "fat" piece, in comparison to a regular, skinny 1/4 yard.  Many sewists and crafters find fabric of this shape to be more useful in their projects.

Do you custom cut Fat Quarters?
Sorry, but we no longer offer this service.  Fat Quarters can now only be purchased as part of a larger bundle.

Which way is the design oriented on the fabric?
Pictures on lilybellafabrics.com are oriented as follows:

Where is my package?

Where is my Package?  Do you provide tracking?
US Customers:  We do provide delivery confirmation for all packages shipped to US addresses.  To find that, please check your email inbox; a shipment confirmation email is automatically sent to you when your shipping label is printed.  If you don't see it, please check your junk mail box.

I have been asked to verify my identity and or/credit card information.  Why?
As on online store, we are susceptible to online theft.  Therefore, we have to do what we can to make sure that the orders we ship are legitimate.  There are a number of instances in which me might need to verify your identity, and/or your credit card information before shipment. If your order is large (this is especially true for international orders), or if your order has been flagged by our financial provider as possibly fraudulent, we'll need to ask you to email us some ID, and/or a copy of your credit card before shipment.  Think of it as similar to showing your credit card and driver's license at your local store.  We just want to make sure we're protecting our business against possible fraudulent situations, so that we'll be around to provide fabric for you in the future!  Rest assured, these items will be permanently deleted once we're done with them.  Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Do you offer pickup for locals?
Yes!  We are located in beautiful Farmington, Utah.  If you live within about 2 cities of us, pickup will be an option at checkout.

If you live outside of the immediate area, yet would still like to pick up your order, please contact us so we can get that worked out for you.

For pickup orders, we will contact you when your order is ready.  At that time, you will be given our address and contact information so you can come get your package.  Your package will usually be available for pickup the day after you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  In most cases, same day pickup is not available.

I forgot to enter a coupon code at checkout!  Can you help me?
Not a problem.  If you purchased an item when a coupon was valid (purchase must have been made before the coupon expired), but forgot to apply the coupon at checkout, please send us an email.  We'll be happy to issue a gift certificate for the amount you would have saved with the coupon.  Gift certificates never expire, and can be used to purchase anything on our site.

Are you willing to use pictures of the items I made in your listings?
We love to use our customer's pictures in our listings!  We feel it's immensely helpful for our customers to be able to see a fabric in action, rather than just a swatch on a page.  If you have made an item from a fabric you purchased from us, please feel free to email your pictures to us (christy {at} lilybellafabrics {dot} com).  While we can't guarantee that we'll use every shot (especially if there is already an example picture for that fabric), we'd love to use what we can!  Customer pictures will be marked with a branding bar as well as a picture credit.

Can I use any of the pictures that belong to Lily Bella Fabrics  in my online store?
We make collages of every fabric line we sell, as well as each colorway for the fabric collections we sell.  We feel that this is a great benefit to our customers, as it clearly helps you see what fabrics might coordinate well together.  We also take pictures of items we've made, or of fabric bundles we carry.  If a picture is the property of Lily Bella Fabrics, it will be watermarked with our shop name, often more than once.  If a picture does not have a watermark, it is likely that it is from the manufacturer, and is not our sole property.

We are happy to help out small business owners, bloggers, etc. who use our fabrics.  We completely understand that your customers may want to see collages like ours, and that you may not have the time or resources to create them on your own.  Therefore, we're happy to share.  But, we do have some rules.

1.  You are required to contact us if you wish to use any of our pictures.  Let us know what you want to use and where so we can keep records of who is using our images.  We'll let you know if we have any problems with you using the pictures.

2.  You are also required to give credit to Lily Bella Fabrics as the source of the picture, and to include a link to our website.  Example:  "Image courtesy of Lily Bella Fabrics (www.lilybellafabrics.com)."  If you are unwilling or unable to give credit and link to our shop, you cannot use our pictures.

If you own a fabric/craft store, or if you sell fabric, precuts, patterns, or anything else that Lily Bella Fabrics sells, you are absolutely prohibited from using any of our pictures for any reason whatsoever.  If you are a competitor, please don't ask if you can use our pictures--the answer will always be no.  If you would like collages for your shop, you will need to make your own, as ours are the sole property of Lily Bella Fabrics.
